I`ve been the sole member of my LLC since I filed the paperwork. I`ve been calling myself "founder & principal" since then, because it seemed most fitting.
But now, I`ll probably be adding another member later this year & "principal" won`t be descriptive enough with two of us on board. But I have no idea what to call myself, nor what to call my incoming partner, nor does he have any idea. The discussion is getting so tiresome I`m about ready to declare us "Ra" and "Assistant Ra" just to be done with it.
If you founded an LLC, how did you decide on your own title? On everyone else`s? Are there guidelines somewhere or did you just make it up out of the clear blue sky?
