Hi Jay,

I looked over your site.  Looks good and easy to navigate.  Only problem I saw though was a lot of text.  Not only a lot of text, but really long passages.  Try rewriting the text with bulleted points rather than long winded text.

Also, I would delete the franchise and disclaimer section.  Takes away from the "Fun" feeling you are trying to create on your site.  Besides, franchise issues should be covered in private communication between you and a prospective client.  Just put a short blurb on your site that franchises are available.

Jay,

I visited your site and overall, I really like it.  I agree with the above feedback in regards to the paragraphs being a little too long.  When rewriting the content, I would look at describing the delicious tasty treats and emphasizing how your customers will feel and enjoy your ice cream.  Currently, you refer to your ice cream as "our product".  I would take a look at addressing the senses that enjoying ice cream on a hot day invokes.

You might also take a look at splitting up the products page into smaller bits.  Maybe utilizing a picture representing each type of ice cream (hard, soft, razzies, lite, etc).  From a user standpoint, one might not want to scroll the entire page to see the different kinds of ice cream that you have.

I`m no expert in web content, but I love ice cream and ultimately your site should make your visitors` mouths water and desire to come buy it from you.  All the variations are great, but make me want it first, then tell me why yours is the best.

Good luck!
