We`ve done lots of google searching and plenty of phone calling, to no avail.  Here`s our problem, hopefully some fellow food entrepreneurs can help:

We need to find an organic community kitchen in North Carolina, Preferably one within 2-3 hours driving of Durham, where we live.

We are interested in finding a kitchen, tips on who we might want to contact, or someone out there who is a seasoned food entrepreneur who we can hire as a consultant.
