Advice Please Please Please.  How can I get funded.  I have the business plan, that involves a turnkey business, which carries almost zero risk and requires about $30,000 start up.  However, I have no collateral, am re-building my credit, family and friends can`t help.  How can I begin my road to entreprenuership and financial freedom?  Where do I get funding based on the no collateral etc... facts?

You are right.  I should post my elevator speech.  Maybe my executive summary.

I have tried the SBA etc..., but they want all the things I don`t have, so my only hope is I guess to find an angel who will support this dream of mine.  I have two projects, either one of which will get me on the road to being out of Mitchell Lama housing, and a much better life.  However, only an angel I guess who will go on the estimated revenues and blind faith alone can help me.  Where do I find such an indivdual, put an ad in the newspaper, where can I find one?  I am frustrated and feeling really deflated.

I don`t know what your idea is but I have funded 3 businesses by pre-selling the product or service to those that would buy. Thw only down side is you have to give away more service vs. cost. My wife wanted to start a salon so we put together a loyalty program and pre-sold $30,000 in services. For her it was a win-win. She has a base of customers  that are happy because they are getting more bang for the buck and they earn $5.00 for any new referal.
