I have an online retail business and rent about 1200sq ft of warehouse space on the first floor of a large building. In front of this space is a small storefront (about 200sq ft) that I don't know what to do with. This street gets an enormous amount of rush-hour vehicle traffic, and I just feel it's a wasted opportunity. Very little pedestrian traffic. Any ideas?
Since you get a good bit of vehicle traffic, could you use the windows/storefront for some type of advertising? Could you open a discount store to sell your returned/overstock merchandise? Can you sub-let it to someone looking for a small office or consulting space (such as an accountant, massage therapist, etc.)

Well if there is no pedestrian traffic, then the best idea would be to sell advertising so people in the cars can view the ads.
Another thing, are cars able to stop in front of your shop or its a main road/highway where cars go out quickly?
