Hi all, my name is Andrew Rondeau and I`m from a seaside town called Worthing in the UK (quite near Brighton!). Anyone heard of Worthing or been there?

Anyway I joined SUN about a week ago and love the site! Already posted a few topics so I`m not absolutley new but I had never introduced myself.

I recently set-up my own article directory, http://www.greatmanagement.org/
The directory covers many topics on leadership, management and careers. All feedback welcome - what are your views?

Well, even though I`ve already chatted with you more than once ... welcome again! You`ve been making some great contributions to this site, and I really do appreciate you being here!

I`ve never introduced myself either ... they didn`t have this forum when I started. Should I go back and do that now?

I haven`t been to the UK, but I did watch the Tour de France go through there, and of course this week is the British Open. Does that count?

A bit more on Worthing:

BOB MONKHOUSE: Monkhouse moved to Worthing in 1939 as war with Germany was brewing, his family believing he was safer on the coast than in London.

HAROLD PINTER: The famous playwright lived in Worthing with his family during the early 1960s

OSCAR WILDE: Literary legend Oscar Wilde wrote his famous novel, the Importance of Being Earnest, while staying at a Worthing hotel

Oh and we have a pier!

Welcome to SUN. I have read some of your posts. You seem like a great guy from the UK! I have never been abroad.I do work with the Financial Investment Network who`s headquarters are in London,  I plan to maybe next year go there and meet with some friends there. I would love to ride on those cobblestone streets. Paris is another place I plan on taking my daughter to. Can`t wait to get to know you more!!

I used to live and work in London and I do miss the hustle and bustle sometimes. I go there about once or twice a month now on business. It`s now `open` 24 hours. No matter what time you are in London there are always hundreds of people around. When I say London I do mean central London.

Paris - do it! It is beautiful. My wife and I last visited a couple of years ago. A great city with lots to see and do.

Bit of trivia.  Everyone know that posh stands for:  port out starboard home ?  It`s the side of the ship you wanted to be on when sailing to Europe.

We have a great little store here in Chicago called POSH & it`s loaded with all kinds of wonderful  European finds -- plates, silverware, frames, signs....  A fun place to poke around in.

Is that what that "Posh Spice" is named after. I have to say with everything going on in the world, to devote such TV time to a celebrity like that...what a mess.. Can`t we use that time to inform more folks of more important things?
