My name is Teresa and I am starting an online store selling baby carriers and other children`s accessories. I am a stay-at-home mom so attention is divided between my daughter, my husband, and my business. I have been listening to the podcast for a couple of years, and I have to say that if it weren`t for the podcast I probably would have chickened out of this by now.

Right now my biggest issue is getting my to-do list organized. There are so many things to do to make this business happen, and I feel like I have a good grasp of what I need to do, but when I sit down to work I have a very hard time figuring out where to start. As a mom, I need to be efficient with my time.

I would love to find a list of pointers/questions/tips for helping me narrow my focus.
