Hello Guys,

I am Anurag Sharma from India. I am a Computer Engineer with a huge inclination towards arts and graphics along with my original love to develop Softwares. After working for 4 years I have decided to start my own business.

So, I have recently started my own firm called T3A Studios. I am a budding entrepreneur and wanted to be a part of this group of Entrepreneurs, from all around the world, in wake of gaining knowledge and sharing experiences here. I don`t know a whole lot about having a huge company but as of now I believe in sticking to the basics of Entrepreneurship. Hoping to learn more here .

Thanks for letting me a part of this group.

Co-Founder

Hey there Anurag :-) Welcome to the fray.

What`s your overall concept for T3A Studios? Will you focus on a particular niche for software...or graphics?

Suppose you woke up tomorrow morning, got dressed, then went to a 5-story building  that housed your company. You have 200 employees, all working like crazy...........on something. What? :-)

Hi,

The concept of T3A is definitely to work for a niche area in software and graphics both.

In graphics we are concentrating on 3D Graphics namely small movies, Ads, gaming cinematic, game scripting and visual effects. As for software, I have always been a kind of person who prefers to identity problems around and create a solution for it. Technically saying I am working these days on to identifying needs and once I find something convincing I will develop a completely new application to solve those problems. But, being a budding entrepreneur I am also fighting with myself over the problems about how to develop my firm, how to have a team, how to get work and all those common questions that we have in the beginning.

Thanks,
Anurag Sharma

Anurag,
I can understand all the above that you`re doing, in terms of solving problems, offering graphic services, and so forth.

What I`d encourage you to do is to sit down and "invent" out of your imagination, a software application of some kind that can be directly associated with you. Something that people can see, use, and identify with you and your company.

It could be shareware, freeware, or commercial, but for a software development company, I think there`s nothing better than to have something "out there" being used, getting people looking at your company name.

Yes, I understand that support is often a problem....so make it a simple solution to a routine problem people have in graphics...or whatever else is your interest.

You say you`ve solved problems, so you must have a sense of repeating problems?

This has already been done by IrfanView, but for example, solving the problem of converting image file formats. On the other hand, look at what Office Depot did with the silly little dancing elf last Christmas. People could paste a picture of their own face into a box, and send the dancing elf to anyone. Sure got the name of the company out there, right? :-)
