Paul,
I did not look at your site before, so this is my first impression.
Your site design looks appealing. The supporting pictures are done well. However I notice that your featured advertisements are poor quality pictures which distract from your design. Also it looks like aspect ratio was not constrained when your system rendered your featured ad thumbnails in the middle of the page.
From the core design and the PR4, I was expecting a little more user friendly system. The category display seems rushed. I would change the three listing options to just: `View` and `Save`. Don`t use more words than you need to, and if possible, use images for those quick buttons (but definitely keep the word int he image). Leave the `Rate` option for when they actually view the listing. I would make the title of each listing the same as the view link, and make the picture link to the full listing as well, even if there`s no image. This makes it easier for a user to access the pages.
Your main body seems crammed, and at 1024x768 you still have room on the left and the right. You should expand the design to reach those edges so your main body has more room to breathe. You should have some padding (2-5px) between your main body content and your side bars.
You definitely need more information on your about us page. It seems like the site was put up this week. Perception is everything. Speaking of perception, not only is it bad practice to put hidden words at the bottom of the page, but it will eventually get you blacklisted on Google. I would remove those immediately.
Your style sheet doesn`t seem to be fully working. You need to define your P and TD`s. Some pages are in browser default (Times New Roman for most) and some are in your specific styles. You need to do some more testing.
