A dispute arises between a seller of cheese and a seller of smoked meat.  Both parties have the words "Tillamook Country" in their names.  Case is eventually thrown out because cheese company knew of the smoker`s activities for 25 years.  Case teaches, among other things, you can`t sit on your hands forever then claim you are being damaged.

You are 100% right. Businesses that hesitate are those who lose out. It is like the competition taking you out because you were not willing to be innovative.
