Part of my business plan includes the user to purchase something. How do I give them the money to purchase the item and then send it to me? I would assume having a legal document on the site that they would be required to sign, but would this result in me filing too many lawsuits?

 

How else can I make this work?

Hmmm.. I am not totally sure, but why not have them buy the items you need using their own money and just provide refund once you already have the items?

I think it would be very difficult to have any legal documents for online transactions.
