Crap on . . . crap off . . . crap, crap!  All of this is similar to rooster fights and dog fights, which are highly illegal.  Hey, even the guy with "Girls Gone Wild" has been found to have violated the law and is paying $Millions in fines, community service work and, if I remember correctly, time in jail and registering as a sex offender.  Some of those girls were underaged...

Still, it all sells because there are people (term loosely applied) that find entertainment in this crap and pay for it (sick deviant beings).  Perhaps they can claim temporary insanity for their purchases (it works for homicide defendants).

May we, as entrepreneurs, not succumb to that level in our businesses.  We can make major successes of ourselves on a higher level.

Anything that degrades humanity as a whole, or individuals into nothing worth much of anything other than sex and materialism is defenitely Rome and this world is heading there fast.  It makes me so sad, it`s pathetic that we work on supply and demand no matter form it takes.  Sad commentary on humanity.

I think the general populous has just "seen it all" at this point, and what`s left is the inhumane, illegal, immoral crap like this. Think of the statistics on how many kids have seen a murder on tv.  There`s violence on TV all the time and people just get immune to it. It used to be sensational - now it`s the norm. Sensational is the only thing that catches attention. So what is there to do, besides search for something even more sensational than before?

I know "Girls gone wild" has been mentioned a few times in this thread. And I agree that it`s right up there with the degrading stuff. But if I had kids, I`d rather them see boobies on tv than murders.

Of course, it has been years since I actually watched a lot of tv. Everytime I turn it on now, I skip the regular channels and just watch PBS or something. I get tired of the reality, tired of the violence, and there aren`t too many good comedies left.
