financial concerns of your location choice, I would think that equally
as important would be the facilities ability to produce for your
tenants and possibly facilitate future growth. Personally, I
believe you’re your marketing/advertising plan will be the key to your
success but your location will play a huge roll as well. If you
can find a location that has either a lot of drive by traffic or
possibly one that has nearby companies that may compliment yours (maybe
a medical complex where you can work your referral network) this might
be a good place to start.-------------------------
