My name is Matt. I have been doing "part-time" small business and residential IT consulting (primarily network and computer support) for the past 12 years. I have a small, but steady client base. However, with the downturn in the economy, I'm looking to jump in with both feet and see if I can make a go of it.
As a techie at heart, I'm not a natural salesman or skilled businessman, but I'm willing to work hard to do both well. I'm hoping to get some good advice to solidify the foundation of my business, then grow based on a solid plan and pragmatic decisions.
