If anyone is passionate about helping pets and the elderly and want to make money as well, our baked goods start-up is bursting at the seams to expand and needs equity.  Looking for investors and/or advice.

Unfortunately, I am not an investor - but I can offer some advice based upon years of helping entrepreneurs to prepare for and execute a successful capital acquisition.

1. It sounds like you have a great story to tell. Success , traction and more.  congratulations.

2. There are a number of possible ways to bring capital into a company.

3  The first key to success - is to choose the way that is best for you, your company and the situation (I call it the optimum choice because there is no "perfect" method - there is only the one that offers the highest probability of success in the allotted time while reducing risk and frustration)

4. Once one has made their selection - one needs to get fully prepared (what is involved will vary depending upon the path you have selected)

5. A very significant part of the process is preparing communications so that one is using the proper method to deliver the "right" message in the language the receiver (capital source) desires/ prefers/ expects.

I hope this is helpful. If you want to discuss your specific situation, feel free to drop me a Pm or contact me directly using the email in my signature.
