My question is this: I have a minority status, but am unsure of how to use it best.  Most of my back ground is in the Professional construction arena. I have a small staffing business currently, but want to expand into some different areas, but I don't know where I would be most successful.  Any advice on how and where to explore these opportunities would be appreciated!
