General question: If I have a website registered in some other country, other than the US, for instance: India or Canada, etc. but I am actually marketing the website in the US too and accepting payments from customers in the US (for an online service - no product), using paypal, then do  I need to have a business incorporated in the US? or is it sufficient to have a business incorporated in the country where the website is registered?

Are there any other potential issues with this approach?

Hi there,

I live in New Zealand and have US and Canadian clients via my Shoppingcart/Paypal. There is no problem, you don't need to be incorporated in the US.
