Hello Everyone!

I created my own Virtual Assistant Services website in order for me to properly present my skills and services. I am a member of a freelance market where employers go to find online employees to hire. However, I would like to find direct employers that will be willing to hire direct employees without the use of third party hiring website.

My issue right now is where to find and how to contact them. I understand that lead generation is the answer for this however, I have a wide scope of support such as customer service, business solutions, marketing, writing and blogging. I would like to hear different opinions on this as my website hasn't been useful for me for a few months now.

Oh by the way, here's my Virtual Assistant website:

Thanks for your inputs!
