It`s Idaho - forget the Hawaiian shirts - they need a ten gallon hat and a belt buckle the size of Rhode Island - LOL!

Well, there are some that prefer that style. 

Does anyone have any tips they have learned or wish they had known before starting out?  The theme of our seminar is `Lessons from the Trenches`.
