Hi All,

Well, it took a little over 3 years, but I`ve finally launch Kubit2me ... The Ultimate "Toss It To Me" Game!  whew -- never thought I`d get here!!

Our website just went live today.  We`ve still got to add a few pieces, like free game downloads & testimonials, but for now, I`m taking a few days off so I can actually talk to my kids without a monitor attached to my eyeballs & a keyboard attached to my fingers!

Please check it out & let me know what you think:

Thanks!

Love the concept and the site.

One comment -
I clicked on little scholars and the scroll buttons don`t work very well. I can`t hold it down to make it scroll ... I have to keep clicking one tiny bit at a time.

I like the site, my suggestion is changing the dropdown menus the blinky block building doesnt flow. I`d rather see a menu bounce down and would fit well with the site.

I found those block-building dropdown menus to be abrupt as well.  They are slow compared to how quickly someone can start reading information.  So while I`m not saying the animation is slow, I am saying they don`t give the immediate gratification one expects from a dropdown menu.

Also, on the home page with the "welcome... " copy, the two first paragraphs fit nicely in the white shape and the third paragraph is barely visible.  I didn`t realize until visiting that page a second time that there was more text to scroll.  It`s hard to tell that there is more below.  I would break up the paragraphs differently if you could to start the third paragraph above the bottom border of the white shape.  I hope that makes sense.

But overall the site looks great!  I like the style.  The games sounds cool.  Way to go!

I loved "it`s all fun and games until someone quits their job!" that`s funny!

Below is because you asked (I`d kill to have a site as great as yours!~)

I didn`t realize how big your cube was until I read the release and saw the shot of you holding the cube; bigger is better (so so says my spam box).

I turned on my sound expecting to hear something (giggling children or something) ... not sure why, guess it`s from the sites my daughter visits.

Might show happy smiling people ... ala. Craig`s your selling the experience and not the product kind of thing.

Wonderful site and products!

Hi All!

And thanks so much for all the great feedback.

tikki50 & CampSteve, I`m looking into the dropdowns.  When we were building the site, the dropdowns were even slower.  I loved the idea of the cube shapes sort of sprinkling down -- sort of went with the whole cube theme.  But I really love the idea of a bouncing dropdown.  It`s something that we`ll have to look at after we`re sure that the rest of the site works properly.  And Steve, I`ll check out how the paragraphs are set up too.  Thanks!

TigerTaco, thanks for your kind words!  I thought of using sound too, but I`m afraid it would get annoying after awhile.  I agree with you on selling "the experience".  That`s really Kubit2me`s all about.  In the near future, we`ll be adding photos of kids & families & groups of people playing the games.
