So glad I discovered this website and forums. I have been making and selling dip mixes, dessert mixes and microwave pork rinds here in Cincinnati for the past year. I market them via craft shows, festivals and farmer`s markets. Currently I am a one man operation wondering how to expand. One option is to open my own commercial kitchen. Another is to send employees to a commercial kitchen owned by someone else to do the work. I`m also looking to expand into other product lines.
I am so glad I can get feedback from so many other business owners with these forums. It`s good to be aboard and anyone I can help, I would be happy to do so. Would especially like to talk to other food companies. Good luck to all of us.
