I am looking at purchasing a liquor store in Minnesota. Does anyone know what kind of funding I can get to start?

If you are thinking about getting a loan to purchase this business, most lenders will look at both you (your financial situation, history, experience, etc) and the business (assets, performance,etc) to determine whether they will make the loan.

In most instances, they will expect you to make a down payment.
