I have what I believe to be the very future of fine dining in Chicago. I have a polished program offering 5 star dining and wrapping it around the concept of professional dancing with fresh choreography, nationally recognized comedic talent featuring 6 times a week with mid-sized venue concert performances via pending contract (no compete clause specified).
I piloted this idea to some business owners and 2000 potential patrons and have 90% interest in the idea. Have a well vetted business plan and initial funding request, but need a partner/investor to help seal the deal. Total funding for the project would be $8 million, but I can offer 40% equity share in the company for the term of the loan, written as a 60-mnth term with full expectancy to be settled within 28 months.
