Hi Meny,

It is very difficult for me to give you a definitive answer knowing so little about your current technological environment and the details of your virtual assistant business model. What technologies/databases are you using today and where is duplicate data entry required? All I know so far is that you are using QuickBooks. If you could explain why you think Infusion is best for your business, it would also be helpful. What specific features and benefits of the solution do you think are most advantageous to your business? Do you think Infusion will be an adequate replacement for QB?

I love this forum. You guys are like my business consultants! Thank you all. Now my question is in addition to tracking orders, customer emails, etc. I would also like a place where I can post calendars, to do lists, & other pertinent info on the business (company policies, etc) where my employees can log in & view this info as well. Is there a solution that is all of this combined?


I realize this is long after this original post was made, but if you (or anyone else) are still looking for an application that does all this, I would check out ViaCube (http://www.viacube.net). They have all the features mentioned above plus email.
