As a recycling fanatic, I am often surprised by the items recycled. Did you know that you can make a solar heater of empty beer cans?  (although I recommend constructing said cooler the day AFTER emptying the cans *hic*) And really, when it is NOT a good time for a toilet paper roll kazoo?

Then there is the gross stuff. Yes folks, maybe even a bit weird. But very, very clever!

So without further ado, I present: From Poop to Used Condoms: The Top 5 weird and gross recycled products

Check it out and tell me what you think!

Use it and reuse it, if it can be done it should be. I really like that restaurant recycling it cooking oil, that`s great. There are some people in our city that go around collecting old cooking oil, using it to run their cars and heat their homes. Awesome!

It's great that the 'green movement' has made it as far as the adult industry - it seems gross to recycle condoms, but there are other things being done.  You can also recycle old dildos, buy rechargeable vibrators, and buy organic lube!
