I have a Logistics Brokerage company which is in jeapordy of closeing due to new passed law that will begin in 6/13 (increase) in the Surity Bond. I need to know what the differences are (if any) between a Freight Brokerage and Freight Fowarding company. Cost, licences, FMCSA regulation and Insurance.
