The following are some of the accounting tools you may want to look at

Wave Accounting - free online software

GnuCash and/or TurboCash - open source desktop accounting software 

Shoeboxed - document capture (free for 50 documents)

Dropbox - online storage and file sharing

I currently use Wave Accounting and it is a fantastic tool.  I'd be lost without it.

Thanks for the share dude!

Haven't preferred using Wave Accounting. Instead, I move on with Handdy Accounts and I find it to be with no complexities and is of free from accounting jargon. Might be because of its reliability and user interface, I'd have stuck with it.

Cool, let me have a check with the former one too :)
