Proper keyword research is necessary to improve both the volume and the quality of visitors to your site. It is the difference between an uninterested visitor and a customer if you are found for relevant searches.  A free keyword tool is available with a Google email account and can be found at https://adwords.google.com.

If your keyword phrases are all too competitive, it will take too long to get results and you will struggle in the interim. If your phrases are all too generic, you will not have good conversions and that is ultimately what it is about.

How much does relevancy matters today for good performance in search engines? In my opinion since the time social media took over the industry and changed the perspective of search engine ranking the importance of relevancy was compromised.
