Above all things, I`m thankful for my health.  Thanks to the wonderful biologics I`ve been taking for the last year, my auto-immune disease has been more manageable and life is fun again.

I`m also thankful for SuN.  I know I sound like I`m kissing up.  While there are many great things in my life I appreciate, SuN has been a wonderful resource and motivation for me in the last few weeks since I joined.

Oh, and I`m very thankful for the living in the US.  I know it sounds corny, but it`s one of the few places in the world where so many of us have such great potential and opportunity.  We can have our own business and find success with a little luck and a lot of hard work.

For what are you thankful?  Let`s take the next day or say and remember why we`re thankful.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I posted this last year at my friendchips blog.

a month of thanksgiving. * 11/1 ~ i am thankfull for a private place to live. - i keep my place as private as possible, going outside my place most of the time to do stuff with friends, even answering messages when i wish. the best part about my own space is tape-ing different papers to the wall to organize thoughts, bills, appointments, or poetry. this helps me to stand up and move around when i want to have an overall view of what`s important. one fine day i`ll have a 50" plasma v.i.s.m. instead. * 11/2 ~ i am thankfull for my parents. they`re not on earth anymore, but part of me is mom and part of me is dad. i`m a lot like my grandparents too. i forget the rough times, on purpose, and remember their good influences when i need to relate to people. * 11/3 ~ i am thankfull for my friends. they each reflect a part of me and keep me balanced in my pursuit of happiness. * 11/4 ~ i am thankfull for weekends. 9:00p.m. friday night to 9:00p.m. sunday night, i feel as if i`m completely free to turn the music up and pick and choose from a variety of decisions for fun and relaxation. * 11/5 ~ i am thankfull for stay overs. lost track of time again with a good friend. * 11/6 ~ i am thankfull for Frostys at Wendy`s, anytime of year. * 11/7 ~ i am thankfull for the BBC news. 1st place ahead of DW tv and NBC national. ABC during commercials. * 11/8 ~ i am thankfull for indian summer, for the quest of endless summer, and for thursday nights at The Four Winds. * 11/9 ~ i am thankfull for 90 days clean and sober, yesterday. claim your brain. * 11/10 ~ i am thankfull for stuffing and brown gravy with mushrooms. * 11/11 ~ i am thankfull for the soldier`s sacrifice. Veterans Day, 2005. * 11/12 ~ i am thankfull for folk rock. my collection is growing. * 11/13 ~ i am thankfull for my moped. less gas, more fun. my winter project. * 11/14 ~ i am thankfull for children. for such are the future. * 11/15 ~ i am thankfull for everyone who chooses to adopt. * 11/16 ~ i am thankfull for all five senses. and common sense. * 11/17 ~ i am thankfull for bread and butter pickles. * 11/18 ~ i am thankfull for remembering dad`s birthday, 12/18. * 11/19 ~ i am thankfull for complimentary technology. * 11/20 ~ i am thankfull for my community. * 11/21 ~ i am thankfull for orange chocolate ice cream. * 11/22 ~ we are thankfull for the legacy of Mr. John Fitzgerald Kennedy. * 11/23 ~ i am thankfull for Thanksgiving Eve. * 11/24 ~ i am thankfull for the party at my place! * 11/25 ~ i am thankfull for C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and J.K. Rowling. * 11/26 ~ i am thankfull for the freedom of choice. * 11/27 ~ i am thankfull for romance in action. * 11/28 ~ i am thankfull for my health. my greatest challenge. * 11/29 ~ i am thankfull for a measure of peace in my life. hold fast. * 11/30 ~ i am thankfull for our Wonderfull Counselor. who was and is and is to come. warm blessings this quiet season. may all your wishes be measured with peace. amen. ~daniel~

I am thankful for my health and wellbeing and the health and wellbeing of my family, especially my daughter due to arrive any day now (I hear stuffing makes labor come a little earlier ).

I am also thankful for the vast opportunities I have to start and run my own business.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Peace.

I`m going to have extra stuffing too - just to help your new daughter to get here earlier!

Congratulations on your coming bundle of joy!  If possible, can you have someone send us an update when she arrives?

Have a wonderful thanksgiving!

PS:  Are you going to name her SuNny? or Stella?

I`ll keep you posted, CreativeGal.  And, no... daddy-to-be decided against Sunny, or Stella.  We`re naming her Victoria instead

In the meantime, I have lots of stuffing leftovers to indulge in... yum!

I am thankful that I am alive. When I look back on all of the stupid things that I have done as a kid, I think that God should have taken me out along time ago just to put me out of my misery. I am still kicking, and there are no reminders of my ignorance except for a few pains here and there to keep me humble.

I am thankful that my sister`s surgery has gone well.  She was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer.      I hope and pray that chemo goes well, too as she is too young to not be on this earth.  Please say prayers for Lainie.

Thank you,

Jillybeans
