Hello, everyone.
Could not find local forum for Canada, so decided to look for help here.
I'm planning to resell/distribute smoked meat products produced in Southern Ontario into Northern Ontario regions on country/flea markets or other public areas.
Supplier is established and licensed meat processor and supplies products for retailers locally. People up north do not even have a clue that such a variety of smoked meat products exist.
On my part what government institutions and health/food inspection authorities I would have to go through to get license and necessary permits to be able to sell it.
