Does anyone have any experiences acting as an intermediary or broker for any food product?

I know some brokers and can maybe recommend a couple that work with small companies (some brokers don`t deal with "niche" items or companies with only one or two SKUs) What category of food product?

Ditto on RF`s questions, are you targeting retail, foodservice or bulk industrial?  Depending on category & size, you may want to contact traders rather than brokers - each provides a different level of benefit depending on what you are supplying.  I trade and broker primarily industrial food ingredients but also manufacture for foodservice domestically and retail for the Pacific Rim markets.

Thanks,

Steve
