Hello, I have 2 unique concepts that are detailed Business Plans, one for a Fast Casual Restaurant and one for a "niche", artisan Bakery. Both are franchise-able concepts and are completely unique (unique meaning there is no exact duplicate operation going on anywhere at the current time in the U.S. that I know of).

Basically I am seeking serious investors or an experienced "Business Broker" with a proven track record of being able to find a market of investors for such items.

Please contact me with advice or if you meet the qualifications for being a bona fide Investor or Broker.
