Some women at Frito Lay got together and came up with a snack item (crisps) that tastes great and isn`t that bad for you.  I`ve tried them and they are really good!  So far I like the mango and the wild berry.  I have a bag of tomato ranch that I haven`t tried yet and I know they also come in apple cinnamon.  You get 1/2 serving of fruit/veg in every ounce.  It is a blend of rice, potato and apple along with the other flavors.  They are baked, 0 grams trans fat, saturated fat 1g, polyunsaturated fat 2.5g, monounsaturated fat 1g, 0mg cholesterol, 40mg sodium, 100mg potassium, 21g carb (dietary fiber 1g, sugar 6g),  1g protein, no artificial flavors or preservatives.

They look good, they smell good, and they taste great!  They are not cheap -- $2.79 for a 6oz bag.  But since they are new, maybe that`ll change too?  I found them at Walmart and Sam`s Club . . . I`ve heard Albertson`s has them, but I haven`t checked it out.

That`s hilarious because my daughter loves those.
She eats the Berry ones. The cheese ones are very Cheeze-It tasting without all the other scary stuff in it.
