Ok,

I am meeting up with my first potential business partner. What should I provide and what are some of the questions that should be asked? I have a lot of documents already prepared around with about 20 questions however would love to get insight and things I may not have even thought to do or ask.

Also, the partner has mentioned recording the conversations with the first meetups. I don't feel this is unusual however would love to get your input on this issue.
