I am bootstrapping an internet business and would like to look for help in developing it.  I`ve coded a lot of it, but would like some help getting it all done.  So basically, I`m looking for a partner in the business.  I`ve posted all over craigslist and in various forums but can`t seem to find anybody wanting to work for equity.  Where can I find brilliant programmers to work with?

You could post your project at the marketplace here at StartupNation
or
or
You could go to a Jelly in your area
or
You could find a partner at Partnerup

I could go on and on but you get the idea.  There are amazing brilliant people out there and they`re looking for people like you too. Network, network, network. Get out and meet people, tell them who you are and what you want to do. Know what you have to offer, what you can bring to the table and be ready to give before you get.

Thanks, those are some great tips!  I really like the Jelly idea.  I think I`ll try going there as well.
