I’m sorry about you being confused Robert J.

Joining a forum like this is a first for me. I have established over $800k in the course of owning my own company. Right now I’m looking for investors to help me with another financial project. I’m working to finance $1.45 million for my next project. The $1.45 million that I’m going to be financing under my name also includes payment to any investor willing to help me start my project. I only need $750k for my project but I’m going to be financing $1.45 million. I need the $21k to start. I’ve tried to pitch my whole idea to other investors that my mortgage broker knows of, but they think it’s too good to be true, and another investor is doing my idea without me being a part of it. I basically spelled it out for him to do on his own.

That is why I’m limiting the amount of information I give on this site until I find a serious investor and then ALL WILL BE EXPLAINED!

The reason why I shared how much financing I have earned since 2007 (when I incorporated my company) is because I want to show creditability to any investor willing to help me with my next project. I am willing to show bank statements, corporate tax returns, and lines of credit that I have established to gain the trust that I need to be able to work with an investor willing to help. All of the lines of credit and financing that I have earned for my current company can’t be used for what I’m working on now.

I can guarantee payment (from my current account receivables) to any investor willing to consider helping me with the $21k that I need with the interest that I indicated in my last post.

Everything will be presented and explained to serious investors.

The investor has two choices;

1.       If any or all investors are skeptical of how I’m gaining the financing that I need, I'll give 25% return on a 6 month loan (Which I can guarantee through my account receivables)

2.     They believe in the project and know that since I’m going to be acquiring $1.45 million in financing, I fund one (or many) of their projects with my financing. I’ll be able to finance over $400k within a time period of 2.5 months with my current plan of gaining this financing.
