Hi Everyone~

I have a unique opportunity to control a piece of real estate and fully licensed, operational Bar.

I have a small group of investors that I`ve personally assembled, but still need to raise some more equity.

The basic structure of the deal is this:

I can control an existing 2-unit commercial building heading for a court probate sale, for a very good price. Included in the sale, will be the existing, profitable Bar business.

I have a partner who has worked opening restaurants and bars for the past 15 years. His latest restaurant was just voted one of the Top Ten New Bay Area restaurants by the SF Chronicle. He has looked at this opportunity and has agreed to run the bar operation if we can finalize our funding.

The Bar is included in the sale of the Real Estate, which has an additional commercial unit. At the price that the sellers have agreed to, the building will cash-flow by renting the upper (vacant) commercial unit, and there could be income from ownership of the bar as well.
