I have read a number of posts on this site and there seems to be no shortage of advisors.  However, what I am hoping to find is an investor who is interested in making a significant ROI.

The product is a wood fired brick oven restaurant. Elegant sports bar theme. The menu is simple yet perfect.  12-14" thin flat pizza, gormet type sandwiches, (Reuben, French Dip, Etc.) and in the evening, a step-up specials menu consisting of a few selet entrees such as Filet Mignon, Crab Cakes, Duck, Etc.  We will serve alcohol and specialize in frozen drinks (women love em) and martini's.

Lunch will be buffet so that we can maximise our turns.  125 overall seats.  Dinner is strictly wait service.   Sunday, however, is daylong buffet.  (Big church crowd day)

But guess what, in WV  we can provide up to 5 LVL's  (Limited Video Lotter).  Average restaurant can earn from $10K-$30K per month.

I am looking for 1 partner to contribute $85K  You will own 15%.  Payback in one year.  Pro forma will show Net of $80K/month (excluding LVL Revenue.)  This is after food, rent, labor, utils, etc.  Front and back of store key staff hired.  This is a brand new establishment.  Other partners are strong, e.g Doctors, General Contractor, Developer, etc.

If interested, please let me know.  Location is Martinsburg, WV.

Exit strategy is 1.  Keep running it.   2.  Sell it.   3.  Franchise it.  Whatever benefits the partners the most.

Grid,

I know you weren't asking for advice - but I feel obligated to advise you to get a full understanding of the Federal & State laws and regulations regarding the offer and sale of non registered securities before proceeding further.

Hi Gridley,

There are lots of advisors, indeed, on all business forums -so this is no exception, but let me ask you a question - do you imagine business investors, especially those with large company portfolios, having enough time to spend reading forum posts? I'd rather doubt this scenario.

I can also give you advice, just like the others on the forum and I really hope I can be useful. I am an entrepreneur myself and I got venture capital funds about three years ago, I am a software company owner, and what really helped me, besides advice that I found on forums, in articles and blog posts, was a database of business investors. It gave me the chance to select the right VCs by industry preference, funding stage, geographic location. It's a good idea they make those databases, it is awfully tiring to just write teaser emails to every possible investor you find out on the internet or using other sources.

Good luck and hope to hear excellent news from you.
Regards,Len Williams, lwTech
