Selling in the financial industry is about networking with the right people who have money to invest.

While there are plenty of financial products on offer with various incentive packages, and many funds going boom or bust everyday, its always good to explore new options that can make this career very lucrative.

I hope to hear from people who are in this industry and have been successful marketing over the internet. Its just does not work to try to cold call or email the HNI or even the advisors or wealth managers.

Though I already have quite a few clients of my own, I am not able to break over the threshold and make it to the next level.

I know what you mean. Having good connections are important. People should get creative when looking for money. People are looking for entrepreneurs who are innovative financially.
