Hello I'd like some review and critique of my website before I make the final batche of changes before launch, and promotion.  Most of the changes are geared toward making the sight a little more user friendly and communication.  But I am open to hearing any suggestions.  It is an ecommerce site, selling adult novelties.  http://tinyurl.com/3z2sn4w

Here's what I have planned:

-A live chat bubble to be added on the left site.  It would float along as you scroll or be in the a corner.

-Put a link to the contact us page next to the "login" and "shopping cart" in the top right.

-turn all banners on category pages into sliders.

-put a place to enter gift card or coupon code on the shopping cart page.  Currently you have to login to see your total with discounts applied.

-get rid of the quick overview on the product page.

-Seo friendly URLS.

-I need to add my phone phone number and something that mentions "discrete billing and shipping" and "free shipping on orders over $69" to the site.  I'll probably put those in the header, but am open to suggestions.

First and foremost - way too long to load. You might want to get rid of your flash introduction and use a static background instead. The moving pictures may look nice, but it can cost you potential clientele. What you "should" have is a pop-up that requires age verification before anyone can enter your site.

The black background is a little daunting ... it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong ... that's possibly just me, though.

All in all, it looks professional, and a lot of work has obviously gone into it - nice job.

Good point. I'll probably convert it to js.  That should cut down on the load time.

another good point.  I've noticed that I would prefer to look at something brighter.  I'm going to spend some time looking at it and seeing if I can come up with another color scheme.

I agree with the color, a brighter color could normalize the user experience; ofcourse, it depends on who your target market is.
