Hi,
My name is John, and I blog at johnonsales[dot]com.  I`m creating a product and doing a little research.  Whether you are about to start a company, run a new or startup company, or have a healthy small business, I would like a brief answer to this question:

"What are your 2 main concerns about being successful with your small or new business?"

Thanks!

Hi John,
Have you taken a look at this topic regarding the biggest challenges facing entrepreneurs?

John,

My main concerns are getting the sales and financing  growth. You will find your concerns change as your business grows. If your business grows real fast you will need to concentrate on financing that growth but as you  grow your need to hire more people becomes a management and training problem then because of the expense of the new employees you create a need for more sales...what can I say, its a 3 legged stool, finance, management, sales, and if one leg gets shorter than the other you will fall on your butt.

My concern right now is determining start-up inventory and making financial projections.

My two biggest concerns are being able to keep up with growth that has occured much, much faster than anticipated, while still being able to meet clients needs in a timely fashion.  And also, how to finance my growth-plan which I will need to implement sooner than expected.

:)
