I am looking for details on the fee structures of early stage corporate advisory and capital raising services in the UK. Does anyone have any information? More specifcally, I am particularly interested if anyone knows anything about any of these companies:

1.       Beer & Partners

2.       GB Bullhound

3.       First Capital

4.       Torch Capital

5.       Pembridge

6.       Ibis Capital

7.       Envestors

8.       DCB Ventures

9.       Nash Fitzwilliams

10.   Quayle Munro

11.   Jefferies Group

12.   Collins Stewart Tullett

I am not in the UK nor do I know any of these companies.  But, why are you not talking to them?  Ask them what you get, what is guaranteed and what it costs.  Also, ask them for a list of their current and past clients.  You will find your best information there.

maxotto,

I am not in the UK either, so I can't offer any specific information about the companies you listed.

What do you want them to do for you? I ask because, from my experience, the success rate for third parties when acquiring capital for a early stage company is quite low. I think it's because "people invest in people" - especially for an early stage company.
