Laughs! Oh in that case, maybe you can try some of the books!

I will. It was a good list. Just as soon as we get past this toddler stage ...

Remember that to really instill a life-long interest in reading, if parents read to their toddlers and young `uns, at least up to the age of about 6, that`ll do it. Even just a small story, or section of a story just before bedtime. :-)

My parents had a library. That was entertainment; television was frowned upon.

Reading to a toddler is easier said than done ...

Mine likes to throw books and eat pages.

So for now, we stick to very hungry caterpillars and where`s baby`s belly button.

I know toddlers can get twisty and active. That`s probably why my parents tied us down with duct tape when they were reading to us after dinner. :-D

JUHHHHHhhhhst kidding.....

Old enough to have been there when a friend of mine discovered how to make beef jerky!

Nikole....I take 30 minutes every evening...and try to read at least a little bit from one book. It has probably been the best thing I have done for myself since my son was born...he is 5 now...and knows just about every trick to prolong the bedtime routine...but as soon as he is settled...I settle into my bed and read for a little while. It really sets the brain up for sleep too...well...depending on what you read I suppose. I haven`t been reading many business books as of late...I have a night stand overwhelmed with books and I think there might be 2 that are business related...the other 15 are political or theology or science/medicine. When I come across a good one though...I will be sure to post them!
