I`m seeking a partner that has experience in the Fast Food industry (In the New Jersey area). I`m looking into opening a concert venue / film studio and the front portion of the building would contain a small food court with upto 5 fast food resturants; which would cover a portion of the cost of leasing the building. I personally don`t have fast food experience, and therefore don`t qualify as a franchisee. By partnering we can open up these franchises and cover a portion of the buildings (33,000 sq. ft.) lease with them... at the same time it will be cheaper than leasing or building a completely seperate unit for these restaurants. The only thing we`re going to have to conivince of the companies, is that there will not be a drive thru. However, of the 4 companies I have in mind only two normally have drive-thrus anyway.
