We will greatly appreciate comments regarding how to convert visitors into sales on our site.   Are there some basic attributes that we should follow?

We are always looking to update and improve our customer interaction so would also appreciate feedback on content, flow, and site performance.

Also, is it critical that we offer currency options on our site?

My skin is very thick so go ahead and be HONEST !!  Thank you so much for taking the time to review our site.

Considering your prices are high, the total absence of catalog copy descriptions of each item is bewildering.  You expect the pictures to sell the goods?  Pictures are good, but this catalog site is unfinished without copywriting that reflects the image and values of your company and to the self-image and aspirations of your retail customers.

The site is fast, navigation is smooth.  It's a little bland and understated, but that's not necesarilly a bad thing.  As a "branding" site it's okay and your designer has good skills.  As a direct selling site I expect it's not performing well due to the lack selling  copy and reinforcement of your core message (something about sustainability I suppose).

While you have the start of a USP (unique selling proposition), it's not articulated with much clarity or pervasiveness.  Lacking this will hurt your branding efforts.
