We have changed many things since our initial post here. Though most of the changes were ones in the background such as many seo improvements. But there are aesthetic and and usability changes too.
For those who did not take part in our last topic. We are a craft supply company who, for the last few years, have been trying to branch out to home decor, wedding, and general products. Due to some seo work, we`re now starting to rank high for "wedding supplies", "bridal supplies", "craft supplies"... and so on. We`ve been getting a large increase in organic/search engine traffic. What we are looking for is to streamline and optimize our site, to capture the new visitors we get each day. We have google analytics, AB and multi-variat testing at our disposal, so feel free to list any suggestions that may have multiple possibilities and/or require extensive traffic knowledge.
Any new feedback you may have would be appreciated:
FactoryDirectCraft.com

P.s. I apologize if the site is slow at the time of your visit. We`ve been getting random slowdowns. We`ve requested a server hardware upgrade that should be completed by Friday, which hopefully will fix the problem.

This is really well done. :-) I went to the site, and without even having to read anything, was able to explore and see everything. All the stuff I expected to happen, happened. So from a customer perspective, I can`t think of anything that would improve the site.

Your website looks very professional and user friendly indeed
It has a good navigational bar, a good structure with a nice site map.
Very understandable and customer-oriented
I nearly have nothing to suggest :-)
Except maybe have a page for your best products. or the ones that are on sale (like the 90% on the top right). Only color it - make sure people notice it...

Other than that, it`s a good site to view and I definitely enjoyed my time there. GoodJob

Sorry for the late reply, been busy.
Thank you for the comments.
Jmes, technically you already have what you want ;) If you look at the top, we have a sale items tag, it links to the same place as the up to 90% button. That is always there. Whenever we have a super sale, we add more items to it that are cheaper, but the sale section itself is always there displaying all our products that are on sale.
And i am pleased to say that our speed problems appear to be gone (fingers crossed). After the hardware upgrade we have been getting double our usual traffic at once with no sign of slowdown.
