If you sell on eBay, this scheme will strike fear into your heart. I have posted links to it on my Notes page.

With all the recent "beneficial" changes eBay has been making, driving the power sellers away, I think the only reason they`re still doing so well is that there isn`t any competition. That strikes me odd, given that the entire application was written over one weekend. I`m guessing there`s some sort of copyright on the "Look and Feel" user interface?

All in all, with eBay still being a household name, for the moment, they can continue to represent one of the most astounding examples of bad management. However, it shouldn`t take too long before the Open Source community, maybe with the shareware community, comes up with a strong competition.

Google just isn`t doing it, and Amazon is maybe too restrictive. Nobody else has captured the imagination of everyday people wanting a flea market, but it`ll come soon enough.
