i need to use an escrow service to handel a coer working from india he recomends http://www.certifiedoutsourcing.com/ or www.99desk.com i have never used escrow, is it safe? are there any really trusted sites?

Using an escrow account set up by either party of a transaction is a safe method of doing business. Google "Escrow" to get a better feel for how this works.
