So I have found an apparent huge missing piece in the entrepreneurial world. The meeting place by category. My particular situation is that I have the spirit to build, set up, repair, or otherwise make a business move, but I have NO desire to own it.

For example, right now I have my eyes set on a two time failed restaurant. Why do I think I can make it win? Because I look around at what is not there. We live by a very large lake and this is a restaurant on the shore of the lake with a dock for boating, gas pumps on the dock for boats, and everything you could ask for. But it failed twice. Why? because it was both times a bar and grill. What's that you ask, just go to any corner in America and you will see one. Competition. Sooooo much competition. I started to look around and I noticed. On a lake with more than 500 miles of lake shore there are exactly two seafood restaurants; neither of which ar on the lake with lake views. Both of which however are fried fish, shrimp, and once in a while crappy snow crab. We have an estimated 100, million plus dollar homes in the area. What better than a real, good, premier seafood restaurant, on the lake, with a dock for the boats? Build it right and it WILL succeed. Here's the problem. I do not have the capitol to start it by myself, and more importantly, I do not want to own a restaurant.

What I want is a place where people who want to own a restaurant, have the capitol, but don't have the location and winning plan, or I need investors who are willing to bet on me and help me start it long enough to sell it to another party for profit.  The most I can do is go hunting for venture capitalists, or angel investors. That still doesn't really do what I want. That person who wants a restaurant and can afford to start it, and lets me build it. Employing 20 more people in our area and providing a service very much needed.

That is just one business. I have more. But how do you get the guy with the pie crust with the guy with the filling to make a good pie? Right now I know there is a person who wants a restaurant, but just doesn't have the imagination and foresight. Maybe even right in my area.

So that's my forum topic idea. A place to list your ideas for a business you can make by topic, or to say you want a ______ but don't have the creativity to start it. IE Restauranteer- for people who want one or have a plan for one they dont want.

E business- people who want an e business, but not the idea, meet theone with the idea and not the desire to own it.

PS, if anyone wants to own a seafood restaurant, let me know.
