This is what I would do if I could get the capital. Feedback wanted.

I would open and Full entertainment center. This would include:

Full Menu Cafe
Full Bar
Pool Hall Area: 20+ tables
Arcade area: Including Xbox and or PS3 gaming systems with big screen TV`s
Indoor Golf: High Definition Golf™ - Interactive Sports Technology - Virtual Golf and Indoor Golf Simulators
Dart Area
Foosball tables
Pingpong tables
Live Music
Batting cage
free WI-FI

I am sure now that I am getting into a pretty large warehouse type building. But thats fine really. I just want to be able to offer as much as possible. I know the cost of this would be large and again thats ok. I am just looking for feedback and ideas to make it better and to be profitable

What you want to do is great but there are simply too much things for an inexperienced person like you to take care of. No one is making Psychic Readings to decide if it is worthy to invest millions of dollars in such a business, even huge companies that want to invest in something like that are afraid to build such an entertainment complex, they need to research the market and check in how much time they will return their investments.

A full entertainment center is a great business. However, keep the ROI in mind because no business is ever profitable if you don't live long enough to have your investment returned + money earned (if a business would return the initial investment in 70 years then most probably you should forget about it)

Your business idea is very good and I think you can include some other games that attract people. Swimming pool, online game and poker these types of game people like most. Apart from this you can offer special vouchers and plans to your regular costumers so that they will stay at your service.
